Vietnamese government implements restrictions on online games
(via Xbox 360 Fanboy) - Citing increased real-life criminal activity originating in the online space, the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communication has placed a number of tight restrictions on massively multiplayer titles. These include bans on any and all advertisements for online games, as well as regulations forcing ISPs to shut off service to gaming cafes and retailers after hours.

Zynga shutting down Street Racing game, offering credit for in-game purchases

Zynga offered no explanation in the announcement, simply suggesting that players try other Zynga games. Digital Leisure and publisher Destineer are partnering to release Dragon's Lair Trilogy on Wii this fall. Sega sales up in fiscal Q1, despite Alpha Protocol's disappointing performance
